Branding a Better Alternative

Creating a name for yourself is most often preferable to just being a face in the crowd. Why are you different? What makes you special? In business, that is how many people judge one’s performance, career, and ultimate success.

Branding a product or service is another way to measure success in business. Just ask anyone at Microsoft, IBM, Coke, Starbucks or Home Depot. They all benefit from instant brand-name recognition for their hard-earned success stories. To a "marketeer" it is like winning the Triple Crown, Grand Slam of golf and tennis, and induction into the Hall of Fame. The goal of ConcentricHealth is to brand a better alternative to "full service" consulting.

We are not starting from scratch. The companies we represent bring their own value, market image, and track record of success into the game plan. ConcentricHealth’s job is to augment and raise our combined capabilities to another dimension­­a higher plateau of value for the healthcare buyer.

In my experience, marketing to the executive healthcare buyer is always difficult and challenging. In many ways it can seem to be a shot in the dark. The healthcare consulting buyers are an elusive group of decision-makers that are as easily influenced during a dinner conversation with a trusted colleague as they are by the broad stroke of the legislative pen in Washington. This climate presents challenges, as well as possibilities for the savvy marketing professional.

Our efforts will isolate several activities that attract buyers and open the door to new channels of distribution that yield successful results. The scattershot approach or "market blitz" is not well suited for healthcare. We strive to deliver the highest standards of quality in promoting the company’s image and materials to the market. Our flexibility, creativity, simplicity of message, and meaningful content will be the measure our success.
