CredentialsKenneth Kruger, HHRCC President and CEO, previously served as Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations, at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He has more than 21 years of experience in health care human resources and labor relations. Regarded highly in his field, Mr. Kruger holds trusteeships in a number of union benefit funds and leadership positions in a wide range of professional associations, including past president of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration (A.S.H.H.R.A.). He holds an MS degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA degree in Health Services Administration from Wagner College in New York, and is the recipient of both the A.S.H.H.R.A. Distinguished Service Award and Outstanding Chapter Contribution Award. Mr. Kruger has presented at various Labor Relations and Human Resources Seminars, and has been a guest lecturer for the Graduate Program in Health Care Administration at Baruch College - CUNY, New York City; the Graduate Program in Health Care Administration at Hunter College-CUNY, New York City; Cornell University; the International Quality and Productivity Center; and for the Connecticut Hospital Association.
